Returns


Please email to help.thefrontshop@gmail.com first to initiate the return. 
We gladly welcome returns and exchanges for full-price items within 7 days after the item arrives. A modest 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, ensuring a seamless process for you. Our returns are thoughtfully offered in the form of store credit. Your credit has no expiration date, giving you the freedom to use it whenever your heart desires.

Please check non-returnable items:
- Swimwear, Swim gears, knitwear, underwear, tights, socks, toys, hair accessories, hat and fur items
- Gift Cards
- All sale items
- Pre-Order items

- Make sure the original tag is securely attached.
- Items should remain in their pristine state, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.




교환.환불 정책

환불 및 교환을 원하시는 경우, 먼저 help.thefrontshop@gmail.com 로 이메일 보내주시기 바랍니다.

제품 수령 후 7일 이내의 정가 상품에 대해서는 환불 및 교환이 가능합니다.
환불 시 5%의 수수료, 배송비가 고객님의 환불금액에서 차감됩니다.

다음은 환불이 불가한 상품입니다:

-수영복, 니트웨어, 속옷, 타이즈, 양말, 장난감, 헤어 액세서리, 모자 및 모피 제품
-기프트 카드
-모든 세일 상품
-프리오더 상품

반품 시 원래의 상품 태그가 잘 부착되어 있는지 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
제품은 원래의 상태를 유지해야 하며, 착용되지 않았거나 세탁되지 않았으며 손상되지 않은 상태여야 합니다.


Damaged Items
If the items from your order arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 Days of delivery. Provide a photo of the shipping box, the damaged item and a description of the damage to help.thefrontshop@gmail.com within one week of delivery. 

To return a damaged item, the item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are returned without the original packaging do not qualify for a refund, exchange or store credit.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow up to two weeks for returns to be processes. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged with same size and same color.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 Please know that all international returns are at the expense of the customer.

 

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We would advise you to contact your local customs office directly. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; if you require further information regarding this, we advise that you contact your local customs office for further information. If you decide to refuse any shipments, we will not issue refunds of any kind. 


상품가와 운임료를 포함하여 200달러가 넘으면 세금 부과 대상이며, 같은 날 동일한 주소로 물품을 받게 되시면 각각 개별의 물품을 받으시더라도 물품 금액의 합계로 관세를 납부하시게 됩니다. 중복 통관되지 않게 각별한 주의 부탁드립니다.  미국내를 제외한 모든 해외 주문(한국포함)은 교환 및 환불이 어렵습니다. 

통관에 관한 업무는 직접 관세사와 연락하셔서 처리하셔야 합니다.
