CUSTOMS CHARGES

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We would advise you to contact your local customs office directly. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; if you require further information regarding this, we advise that you contact your local customs office for further information. If you decide to refuse any shipments, we will not issue refunds of any kind.


- All international orders (outside the u.s.) are not eligible for exchanges or returns at this time.

 

Returns

Returns are accepted for store credit only. Items must unworn, undamaged, and have the tags still on them. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of The Front Shop. All bedding, dishware, stuffed toys, hair accessories, swimwear, underwear, socks, and tights are final sale. Additionally, all items marked as final sale in the product description may not be returned or exchanged. All items that are discounted more than 20% off are FINAL SALE - not eligible for return or exchange. 

If any of our merchandise is defective claims must be made within five (5) business days of package arrival. All items must be postmarked for return within 14 days.  In order to return an item, you MUST FIRST EMAIL US at help.thefrontshop@gmail.com to receive return authorization confirmation.


상품가와 운임료를 포함하여 200달러가 넘으면 세금부과 대상이며, 같은 날 동일한 주소로 물품을 받게 되시면 각각 개별의 물품을 받으시더라도 물품 금액의 합계로 관세를 납부하시게 됩니다. 중복 통관되지 않게 각별한 주의 부탁드립니다.

통관에 관한 업무는 직접 관세사와 연락하셔서 처리하셔야 합니다.
