RETURNS / SHIPPING

RETURN POLICY

All items must be postmarked for return within 7 days.  In order to return an item, you MUST FIRST EMAIL US at help.thefrontshop@gmail.com to receive an RA number within 7 days.
Items must unworn, undamaged, and have the tags still on them. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of The Front Shop. All hair accessories, underwear, socks, Knit, tights, deco, swim, SALE items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange, for return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy sending back to us. We are not responsible missing packages.

* Returns originating from the following areas will be eligible for store credit or exchange only. The merchandise must be sent back within 7 days of receipt. The $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the credit amount.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed will be processed the next business day and, pending credit card verification, shipped within two business days.

 

SHIPPING FEES

US Standard Shipping is FREE on all orders over.
International Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / CUSTOMS & DUTIES:
Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duty or other customs fees for their order. Shipments may be held by a country's customs department for a long period of time and items may be restricted due to each country's policy. Please note that The Front Shop is not responsible for such situations and refunds will NOT be applied. We suggest you contact your local customs department to inquire about such details. Any packages that are refused or not acknowledged by the customer will not be refunded by The Front Shop by any means.
