RETURNS / SHIPPING
Returns are accepted for store credit only. Items must unworn, undamaged, and have the tags still on them. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of The Front Shop.
If any of our merchandise is defective claims must be made within five (5) business days of package arrival. All items must be postmarked for return within 14 days. In order to return an item, you MUST FIRST EMAIL US at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive return authorization confirmation.
Not eligible for return are white color wear, knit wear, swimwear items, underwear, tights, socks, stuffed toys, hair accessories, hat and all items on Sale.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. A store credit or exchange will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for the lost packages. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns due to the length of international delivery.

상품가와 운임료를 포함하여 200달러가 넘으면 세금부과 대상이며, 같은 날 동일한 주소로 물품을 받게 되시면 각각 개별의 물품을 받으시더라도 물품 금액의 합계로 관세를 납부하시게 됩니다. 중복 통관되지 않게 각별한 주의 부탁드립니다. 미국내를 제외한 모든 해외 주문(한국포함)은 교환 및 환불이 어렵습니다.
